Here’s the design for the bitchy mermaids. Unlike every other character, I got them right on the first try! I really like these characters, but everyone else seemed to hate them!

Medusa as Robin, with the snakes as Batman, the Flash, Wolverine and Spiderman. I drew this when the strip hit it’s first major milestone. My previous webcomic had capped at about 200,000 hits, so having Modest Medusa pass that fairly fast was really something I wanted to celebrate.
